1. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible:

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days across the UAE.

  • Bespoke & Custom Orders: As our custom jewelry is handcrafted to your specifications, please allow up to 7–10 working days for production before dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 8–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, extreme weather, or customs processing for international orders.

2. Delivery Charges

  • UAE Deliveries: We offer Complimentary (Free) Delivery on your first order within the United Arab Emirates.

  • International Deliveries: Shipping fees for orders outside the UAE will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and value of the item.

3. Secure Shipping & Insurance

Your peace of mind is our priority.

  • Fully Insured: Every Sparkle.ae shipment is fully insured during transit until it reaches your door.

  • Signature Required: To ensure your jewelry is received by the correct person, a signature is mandatory upon delivery. Our couriers will not leave packages unattended.

  • Proof of Identity: For high-value items, our delivery partner may request to see a valid Emirates ID or Passport to verify the recipient.

4. International Orders (Customs & Duties)

For our international customers:

  • Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are collected by the destination country.

  • Compliance: Sparkle.ae complies with all international shipping regulations; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

6. Customer Responsibility

To ensure a successful delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid contact number for the courier.

  • Ensuring someone is available to sign for the package at the scheduled time.
