Returns & Repairs Policy for Sparkle.ae

At Sparkle.ae, we are dedicated to providing you with jewelry of exceptional quality and beauty. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you envisioned. Our return and repair policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the bespoke nature of our fine jewelry.

1. Returns & Refunds

We offer a limited window for refunds to ensure the integrity of our inventory. Please review the following conditions carefully:

  • Full Refund (48-Hour Window): You may request a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order or receiving your item, provided it meets the "Eligibility Criteria" below.

  • Late Returns: Refund requests made after the initial 48-hour window will be subject to a 60% restocking fee (deducted from the total refundable amount). This is due to the fluctuating market value of precious metals and stones and the costs associated with re-certifying jewelry.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or third-party alteration, as well as custom-made or personalized pieces, are not eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • The original receipt and the Authenticity Certificate must be included.

  • The jewelry must be returned in its original Sparkle.ae packaging.

3. Exchanges

To maintain efficiency and ensure you get the exact piece you desire, Sparkle.ae does not offer direct exchanges. * If you wish to choose a different item, please follow the refund procedure for your original purchase and place a new order on our website for the replacement item.

4. Repairs & Assessment

If your jewelry requires attention due to a manufacturing issue, we are here to help.

  • Assessment: All repair requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our master jewelers.

  • Manufacturing Issues: If the damage is determined to be a result of a manufacturing defect, the repair will be conducted at no cost (subject to our Warranty Policy).

  • Wear & Tear: For damages caused by accidental impact, misuse, or normal wear and tear, a repair fee will apply. We will provide a detailed quote before any work begins.

  • Submission: To initiate a repair, please contact our customer service team with your order details and clear photographs of the piece.

5. Return Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Sparkle.ae.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.

  • Alternatively, items can be returned in person to our Dubai showroom by appointment.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
